These Distance Contract Terms govern the use of the website and the services offered by SIA “Life Laboratory”. By visiting and making purchases on our website, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Subject of the Contract
1.1. The Seller sells and the Buyer purchases goods/services offered in the Seller’s online store.
1.2. The Contract shall be deemed concluded at the moment when the Seller has confirmed the Buyer’s order electronically (by e-mail).
2. Placing an Order
2.1. The Buyer selects the product, completes the order form, and confirms the order.
2.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.
2.3. The Seller sends an order confirmation to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer.
3. Price and Payment Terms
3.1. Prices of goods/services are indicated in euros (€), including VAT.
3.2. Delivery costs are indicated separately prior to order confirmation.
3.3. Payment may be made by bank transfer, payment card, or other payment methods specified in the online store.
4. Delivery
4.1. Goods are delivered to the parcel locker specified by the Buyer or to the Buyer’s home address if express delivery is selected.
4.2. Delivery time:
1 to 6 business days after receipt of payment within Latvia, 5 to 10 business days after receipt of payment within Lithuania and Estonia.
4.3. Digital content is delivered electronically immediately after payment.
4.4. Express delivery is available for an additional fee if the order amount is at least EUR 50.
5. Right of Withdrawal
5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract within 5 days without providing any reason.
5.2. The withdrawal period begins:
* for goods – from the day of receipt of the goods;
* for services – from the day of conclusion of the Contract.
5.3. The Buyer shall send the withdrawal notice to: info@lifelab.shop
5.4. The refund shall be made within 14 business days after receipt of the withdrawal notice.
📌 The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content if its performance has commenced with the Buyer’s consent.
6. Return of Goods
6.1. The Buyer shall return the goods unopened and in undamaged condition.
6.2. The Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.
7. Liability and Warranty
7.1. SIA “Life Laboratory” shall not be liable for losses incurred by the Buyer if the order is not delivered or is delayed due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, traffic restrictions, unforeseen technical disruptions, etc.).
7.2. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate contact information and delivery address.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All website content (text, images, design, etc.) belongs to SIA “Life Laboratory” and is protected by copyright laws.
8.2. Website content may not be used for commercial purposes without the written consent of SIA “Life Laboratory”.
9. Processing of Personal Data
9.1. The Buyer’s personal data is processed solely for order fulfillment purposes and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
10. Final Provisions
10.1. Disputes between the Buyer and SIA “Life Laboratory” shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
10.2. Complaints must be submitted no later than 5 business days from the date of receipt of the product.
10.3. These Terms come into force upon publication on the website and remain valid until amended or revoked.
