Delivery Method
1. The Recipient selects a parcel locker during the ordering process and provides contact details (and delivery address if express home delivery is selected).
2. The goods are delivered to the selected parcel locker within the timeframe specified by the Sender.
3. The Recipient is informed about the delivery of the shipment via SMS and/or e-mail notification.
Delivery Area
Deliveries are provided throughout the territory of the European Union.
Delivery Time
Delivery timeframes:
1–6 business days after receipt of payment within Latvia;
5–10 business days after receipt of payment within Lithuania and Estonia;
10–14 business days after receipt of payment within other European Union countries.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated and displayed at the time of order confirmation.
Minimum Order Amount for express delivery
Express delivery is available for an additional fee if the total order amount is at least EUR 50.
Weight Restrictions
There are no weight or volume restrictions for orders.
Product Specifics
We sell medical devices, for which usage and storage instructions are provided.
Order Receipt
Upon receiving the order, the Customer is advised to immediately verify that the delivered goods correspond to the order and have been received in the correct quantity.
Special Conditions
No additional delivery conditions or restrictions apply unless explicitly stated at the time of placing the order.
